This is a 7-day at home (or anywhere) workout guide that will have you living the sweat life and loving it! For 7 days you will be given a variety of activities that will target every part of your body. I always like to mix up different body parts for each day as it keeps the body guessing and makes it that much more fun.

My goal for you is to avoid feeling resentment or dreading your workout time. No bad feelings towards exercise.

Each day ends with a challenge for you to complete (at your own will). We're all about mindful movement around here and in order to truly enjoy working out, it is important to notice how you feel when you are sweating it out. Notice and feel free to write out how you feel before and after each workout. Watch yourself learn to love the feeling!
